We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Business Development Manager who will be responsible for our steady business growth; someone who will identify new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing key accounts.
Responsibilities:
Develop a strategic plan to drive business growth
Market research on potential business opportunities
Outbound lead generation including emails and LinkedIn
Build a pipeline of qualified business leads, per ideal customer profile
Meet with potential customers (in person or virtually)
Understand customer requirements and prepare solution-oriented proposals
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and negotiate renewals
Attend networking events, conferences, fairs & represent Share IT
Keep up with the latest industry developments
Collaborate with internal departments (HR & Marketing) and propose improvements
You have:
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management or Sales
Previous experience in IT industry is a must
Experience with sales CRM/BRM tools is a plus
Great command of MS Office
Excellent knowledge of English language
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
