We are looking for a SQL developer to join the long-term project for our client, one of the leading, fast-growing companies in the healthcare industry in the USA, whom we support for more than 8 years. If you become a part of our team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing MS-SQL stored procedures, functions, views, and queries, building SSIS packages, and designing custom SSRS and PowerBI reports. You will also design databases and ensure their stability, reliability, and performance.
Here’s what you will do:
- Develop high-quality database solutions
- Develop, implement, debug, and optimize complex stored procedures, functions, views, and queries
- Review and interpret SSRS and PowerBI business report requirements
- Build SSRS and PowerBI reports
- Analyze existing SQL stored procedures, functions, views, and queries for performance improvements
- Write new SSIS packages
- Optimize legacy SSIS packages
- Identify and inventory all the SQL Server Agent jobs, scheduled SharePoint site workflows, SharePoint timer jobs, Cloud Connector jobs, and Windows scheduled tasks to document what they are, how long they take to run, how often they run, and how often they error
You have:
- 5+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role
- 3+ years of experience with SSRS and SSIS
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft SQL Server
- Advanced knowledge of database structures, principles, theories, and practices
- Experience in SQL performing tuning, efficient data manipulation, and maintaining data consistency
- Knowledgeable in creating databases and their objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, functions, etc.
- Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming
- SQL Server administration experience a plus
- Excellent English & communication skills
