WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU PARTNER WITH US

A COMMITTED TEAM WITH 10+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

The team we build for you is specifically for your needs and requirements.

We have a big talent pool of people in-house and freelance contracts that can be easily assembled to tackle the needs of your project.

A DEDICATED ACCOUNT MANAGER CAPABLE OF RUNNING YOUR PROJECT AND ENSURING THAT YOU’RE SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE

Our account managers are your eyes and ears on the ground. In addition to that, our account managers possess the necessary depth of knowledge to serve as consultants for our customers.

They are the ones that monitor the performance of the team constantly and offer, high-level, ad hoc consultations on how to increase efficiency and better collaborate between everyone involved in the project.

THE PROCESS

Usually, our process goes through the following stages. Of course, there are expectations, but we tend to insist on the following steps:

Onboarding

We assign you an onboarding manager. The onboarding manager works with you and our team to build the best possible Share IT team for your project. In this stage, we touch upon all the micro and macro details that are important to your success.

Talent Pairing

Once the onboarding manager collects all the necessary information, the wheels start turning. The onboarding manager goes through our in-house and external talent pool to ensure that your project is given to the best people for the job. The onboarding manager also looks at specifications to ensure if we need to provide additional information for any of our developers to fully meet the needs of a specific project.

Training

Once the hiring manager assembles the team, we look at the specifications of the project and what is needed from a technological side to be completed. In this stage, we try to figure out if need to provide the team with additional training. If so, we get the training documentation certification-ready for them.

Project Scoping and Constructional Model Matching

In this stage, we jump on a call with the client to define the objectives and project scope. That's how we ensure we're all on the same page. To provide you with the best value for your investment, we offer you the flexibility of choosing between two different constructional models: time and materials; fixed price.

Introductions and Kick-Of

Once we finalize building the team and polish how we're going to work, we start working on your projects. As said before, the team we build for you will be fully committed to you and your needs. And we're not just talking about developers. We will also assign a manager to the team to ensure they are supervised to perform their tasks correctly. Then the measurement of KPIs and goals start.

We make sure that you have direct access to your dedicated team and that you're constantly updated on how the project is coming along. You can video call/chat with your team at any time and request anything from consulting services to updates on specific tasks.

TIME & MATERIALS

What is it?

Under this model, you are charged for the total time a software development team needs to complete your project. You are being billed hourly for the “hands” and “materials” needed to execute a project from start to finish

When to opt for it?

This model is suitable for open-ended and long-term/short-term projects that have no complete specification available at the initial stage and when amendments can be made to the specification during project development

Other cases when this model is applicable: for startups with no or incomplete specifications For smooth start and further work on the project under Time & Materials model writing detailed specification documents is inevitable. You’ll cooperate and communicate with our project managers / business analysts who will at your disposal to discuss any project-related issues and timely suggest the right solution.

Why should you opt for it?

The Time & Materials contract makes the development process more transparent, cost-effective, and manageable. At the project discussion stage, we agree upon the project scope and our project managers prepare a detailed specification. Preliminary estimation is provided with an indication of project duration and approximate cost per month.

After you approve the estimation, we conclude an NDA that covers all aspects of confidentiality, licensing, and maintenance. When the contract is signed and the first installment is received, our team gets down to work. In accordance with the contract terms, you are billed monthly. Progress reports are submitted to you on a weekly basis. Timesheets and prices are provided monthly.
